i4 - Four Phase Journey

A typical Xpert Mapping engagement comprises four phases.

Phase one of each engagement starts with expert mapping the most critical stakeholders.

For strategy, innovation and new product development, the most critical stakeholder is customers. People Architects knows how to listen to customers: most traditional approaches don't listen to customers the right way.

For learning and organization change projects, we expert map your most successful employees. For example, we often expert map the top sales people and sales processes: the map we create never matches the sales training model in use. For example, the most successful sales people sell in three steps instead of the four steps in the training and coaching model.

Expert Mapping projects go through four stages. Every project is unique. The initial map is one part of phase one.
