For example:

• I have some super sales people. In spite of a whole host of issues, they continue to sell. But the rest of the team isn't able to make it work very well: our turnover rate is very high. What am I missing? What's my "blue sky" of opportunity? How do I know the solution will work before I heavily invest in it?

• We have a group of physicians that handle certain patients extremely well: great outcomes, fewer complications. I wish we could clone their expertise to the rest of physician staff. How would we take advantage of this "blue sky" opportunity? We've never done this before so how do I event justify the investment to study this?
